Catching Up with the Rejects' Mike Kennerty
by Courtney Campbell
The All-American Rejects' third album, When the World Comes Down, was released in late 2008. The band has hit big with their first single "Gives You Hell" as it peaked at Number 4 on the Billboard Hot 100 and Number 2 on Pop 100 charts, as well as in the top twenty of the UK Singles chart and number three on the Australian ARIA Singles chart. Up Close with Dia Frampton & Nick Price of Meg & Dia
by Courtney Campbell
Named so for the sisters of Meg & Dia Frampton, Meg & Dia gave a breath of freshness to the 2009 Take Action tour lineup. Earplugsrequired.com caught the tour in Baltimore at Ramshead Live!. Their set combined older songs such as "Roses" and "Monster" along with songs like "What If?" and "Black Wedding" from their soon to be released album Here, Here and Here. Known also for the cover songs they do, they didn't disappoint with the cover of Blind Melon's "No Rain". We caught up with singer Dia Frampton and drummer Nick Price prior to the show and learned of Dia's obsession with Tom Petty, Nick not running interference with the boys on the tour and how it was to work with Howard Benson. Take a listen!

James assembled a band and went out to do what he does best, perform in front of a crowd.

by Courtney Campbell
With their fourth album (and what some say is their best album to date)Shogun out, Trivium were ready to show the metal world what they were all about and what better way to do that than an opening slot on the Slipknot tour. Earplugsrequired.com caught up with guitarist Corey Beaulieu prior to the show and we definitely have to say after seeing this band live, they have made fans out of us.
